Abstract

За останні роки відбувся ряд трансформаційних процесів, які зумовили появу та розповсюдження нестандартних форм зайнятості, що здатні модернізувати ринок праці та трудові відносини. Однією з таких форм є дистанційна зайнятість працівників, яка значно полегшила життя сучасного суспільства та надала нові можливості для реалізації прав осіб у сфері трудових та тісно пов’язаних з ними відносин.In recent years, a number of transformational processes have taken place, which led to the emergence and spread of non-standard forms of employment capable of modernizing the labor market and labor relations.
