У тезах наведена ефективна комплексна програма фізичної реабілітації жінок з ожирінням шляхом кардіореспіративного навантаження, результатом якого є зміцнення фізичного здоров'я, підвищення функціональних можливостей організму та зниження маси тіла жінок.
The thesis presents an effective comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation of obese women through cardiorespiratory exercise, the result of which is strengthening of physical health, increasing the functional capabilities of the body, and reducing the body weight of women.
