Поширеність вживання тютюнових виробів у молодіжному середовищі та заходи з його профілактики

Abstract

У роботі досліджено стан поширеності вживання тютюнових виробів у молодіжному середовищі та заходи з його профілактики в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Проведено опитування 14-15 річних підлітків-учнів ЗЗСО м.Києва щодо вживання тютюнових виробів та здійснено аналіз його результатів. Визначено основні тенденції поширеності вживання тютюнових виробів серед 14-15 річних підлітків м. Києва в умовах воєнного стану. Встановлено, що профілактика вживання тютюнових виробів у молодіжному середовищі у контексті політик та інтервенцій громадського здоров’я має спільну базисну основу із соціальною профілактикою, яка може бути реалізована на трьох рівнях: первинна, вторинна та третинна профілактика. Розроблено експериментальну програму первинної профіктики вживання підлітками тютюнових виробів, орієнтовану на формування пов’язаної із здоров’ям поведінки в умовах ЗЗСО.The paper investigates the prevalence of tobacco use among young people and measures to prevent it in the context of martial law in Ukraine. A survey of 14-15 year old adolescents, students of secondary schools in Kyiv, was conducted on the use of tobacco products and its results were analyzed. The main trends in the prevalence of tobacco use among 14-15 year old adolescents in Kyiv under martial law were identified. It has been established that prevention of tobacco use among youth in the context of public health policies and interventions has a common basis with social prevention, which can be implemented at three levels: primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. An experimental program of primary prevention of tobacco use by adolescents, focused on the formation of health-related behavior in the context of the secondary school, has been developed.The paper examines the prevalence of tobacco use among youth and measures to prevent it under martial law in Ukraine. A survey of 14-15-year-old adolescents-students of the Kyiv Secondary School on tobacco use was conducted and its results were analyzed. The main trends in the prevalence of tobacco use among 14-15-year-old adolescents in Kyiv under martial law were identified. It was found that the prevention of tobacco use among youth in the context of public health policies and interventions has a common basic basis with social prevention, which can be implemented at three levels: primary, secondary and tertiary prevention. An experimental program of primary prevention of tobacco use by adolescents has been developed, focused on the formation of health-related behavior under martial law.
