Управління фінансами підприємств в умовах ринкової конкуренції

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблеми забезпечення ефективного фінансового менеджменту на вітчизняних підприємствах з урахуванням особливостей їхньої операційної та фінансової діяльності і необхідності створення умов прискореної адаптації до умов вільної ринкової конкуренції. У роботі поглиблено та конкретизовано економічний зміст категорії “фінансова стійкість підприємства” як однієї з найважливіших складових забезпечення його конкурентних переваг, обґрунтовано методологічні та методичні засади організації фінансового менеджменту підприємства в умовах ринкової конкуренції, суттєво вдосконалено методику проведення експрес-аналізу оцінки фінансової стійкості підприємства з урахуванням стратегічних та оперативних цілей його діяльності в конкурентному середовищі. Автором уточнено механізм відбору потенційних контрагентів з метою забезпечення єдності основних завдань фінансового менеджменту підприємства. В роботі вдосконалено методику розрахунку межі фінансової стійкості на основі аналізу ефективності грошових потоків підприємства. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific research of the problems of maintenance of the effective financial management at the Ukrainian enterprises. The specificity of their operational and financial activity and the necessity of their prompt adaptation to the conditions of free market competitiveness are considered. The economic content of category “financial stability of the enterprise” is concreted. Also the methodological and methodical essentials of organization of financial management at the enterprise in terms of the market economy are justified. The methods of conducting of the express-analysis to estimate the financial stability of the enterprises in terms of changing of their strategic and operating goals are proposed in the dissertation. The author specifies the mechanism of selection of the enterprise potential counterparts to maintain the unified complex of the most important problems of the enterprise financial management. On the basis of complex research and analysis of dynamics of the general parameters, which determine the level of financial stability of the enterprise, the author has given the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of financial stage of the concrete enterprise and the recommendations of its improvement.
