Контролінг у системі менеджменту у страховій компанії

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню, розробці методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на забезпечення розвитку підсистеми контролінгу страхової компанії. Розкрито сутність поняття “контролінг”, розглянуто структурування класифікаційних ознак контролінгу. Досліджено тенденції розвитку страхової діяльності в Україні, проведено аналіз різновидів страхування. Розкрито інтеграційну взаємодію підсистем моніторингу та контролінгу в управлінні страховою діяльністю. Запропоновано методичний підхід до визначення збалансованості вхідних та вихідних фінансових потоків страхової компанії. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо планування інвестиційної діяльності страхової компанії. This thesis is devoted to the theoretical basis, method approaches and practical recommendations assessment, which aims to provide the development of sub-system of the insuring company controlling. It is needless to point out that the essence of the notion ‘controlling’ and the structure of controlling classifying features have been considered. The tendencies of the development of insurance activity in Ukraine have been researched, as well as the analysis of varieties of insurance has been carried out. The integrative correlation of controlling and monitoring sub-systems of insurance company management has been revealed. The method approach to define the equation of incoming and outlet of financial flows of the insurance company has been offered. The offers on planning investment activity of the insurance company have been proved.
