Бюджетні правовідносини в Україні: поняття, класифікація та особливості структури

Abstract

У монографії здійснено комплексне дослідження бюджетних правовідносин в Україні. Зокрема, уточнено визначення поняття бюджетних правовідносин, проаналізовано існуючі їх класифікації та запропоновано авторську класифікацію. Досліджено структуру бюджетних правовідносин, правовий статус їх суб’єктів, визначено особливості бюджетних правовідносин, проаналізовано підстави їх виникнення, зміни та припинення.The monograph is devoted to the integrated study of the budget legal relations in Ukraine. Particularly, it was specified the concept of the budget legal relations, it was analyzed their existing classifications, and it was suggested the author’s classification of these relations. The structure of the budget legal relations and the legal status of their subjects were studied, the peculiarities of the budget legal relations were specified, and the reasons of their origin, alteration and termination were analyzed.
