Організація валютного курсоутворення та забезпечення стабільності грошової одиниці Україн

Abstract

В дисертаційній роботі досліджені питання формування, розвитку та вибору режиму валютного курсу, який відповідає економічному стану держави та її зовнішньоекономічним відносинам на певному етапі розвитку. На основі комплексного дослідження чинників та стану вітчизняного валютного ринку визначено тенденції та перспективи його розвитку, досліджено специфіку впливу системи валютного курсоутворення на формування доходної частини державного бюджету та обґрунтовано основні напрямки вдосконалення валютного контролю з метою стимулювання бюджетних надходжень. Всебічно досліджено методологічні та методичні засади вибору оптимального режиму валютного курсу та охарактеризовано його вплив на забезпечення стабільності грошової одиниці України. Внесено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення методики розрахунку валютних курсів для коригування статей платіжного балансу, запропоновано індексний метод розрахунку паритету купівельної спроможності на основі співвідношення ефективних виробничих витрат і визначено напрямки його можливого застосування.

The dissertation researches the problems of formation, development and the choice of exchange rate regime, which corresponds to the economic state of the country and its foreign economic relations. On the basis of the complex investigation of factors and the state of the national currency market the author made some conclusions, defined the tendencies and the prospects of its development. Also the specificity of influence of the exchange rate regime on state budget formation is researched and the basic approaches of the currency control perfection are pointed out. The methodological and methodical ground of the choice of optimal exchange rate regime is investigated and its impact on the maintenance of stability of the Ukrainian monetary unit is determined. Besides, some suggestions, concerning the perfection of the methodology of exchange rates calculation for correction of some clauses of balance of payment are made. Also the index method of calculation of purchasing power parity on the basis of the optimal ratio between the effective production expenses is offered and some directions of its possible application are suggested.
