У тезах розглядається історія виникнення поняття «постправда», що має на меті розкрити суть цього явища та головні причини його виникнення. Акцентується на тому, що постправда є не епохою, а ситуацією. До того ж, це кризова ситуація, у якій факти програють фейкам. Причиною цього є постмодерне нівелювання істини, що почалося з філософії та науки і з часом перейшло до сфери повсякденного життя та стало також проблемою етики.
