З огляду на поширеність хіміорезистентних форм туберкульозу автори вбачали потребу вивчити можливість розвитку туберкульозного плевриту на ґрунті стійкості збудника туберкульозу. Матеріали та методи. Автори дослідили 5 клінічних випадків туберкульозного плевриту, підтвердженого гістологічно та мікробіологічно. Результати та обговорення. Термін встановлення плевриту знаходився у межах 2 – 5 місяців. Загалом специфічну природу захворювання було верифіковано лише після пролонгації захворювання за типом туберкульозного спондиліту у всіх 5 осіб та після доєднання до остеомієліту хребта легеневого процесу у 3 осіб. При цьому МРТБ діагностовано у 2 хворих. Процес у них встановлено після 4 місяців диференціації. У однієї з цих осіб поліорганність враження закінчилася летально, у іншого – переведенням на паліативну терапію. У двох хворих процес стабілізувався і закінчився формуванням фіброзно-кісткового анкілозу хребта. П’ята хвора залишається на антибактеріальній терапії за І категорією. Висновки. Туберкульозний плеврит може визиватися первинно стійкими мікобактеріями, при запізнілому виявленні захворювання ускладнюється позалегеневими і поліорганними формами туберкульозу. Ефективність лікування останнього залежить від задавненості процесу.Item Роль пролактину у розвитку патології молочної залози(Чорноморський національний університет ім. Although there is information about molecular features of these tumours, DCIS remains none fully described pathology. Thus we need to find novel reliable diagnostic markers. One could be the сarcinoembryonic antigen related cell adhesion molecules 1 (CEACAM1). This molecule was described in diverse invasive types of cancers. Method: We present a case of the death of the newborn baby (14 days of life), whose mother suffered from acute leukemia in youth. The baby was born without pathologies. Therefore, she was vaccinated against hepatitis B (Engerix-B) and tuberculosis (BCG) according to the immunizations schedule. In a week the state of health of the baby became worse, the disease progressed despite the pharmacological treatment and led to multiple organ failures that caused the death. During the postmortem examination the changes in the intestines, spleen and thymus gland were observed and were studied in detail by using the histologicalimmunohistological (CD3/CD79α/CK-pan) methods.Results: The histological study of the intestines revealed the diffuse foci of necrosis, strong leukocyte infiltration and vascular congestion with multiple hemorrhages. Perivascular T-cells hypoplasia was observed in the spleen. Thymus lobules were reduced, cortex thickness (lymphocyte loss and reticular stroma collapse) and proliferation of the epithelial reticular cells were observed. Numerous Hassall's corpuscles, different in their size, were observed. The results of the immunohistochemical study of the spleen showed the absence of the perivascular T-cells and the follicular hyperplasia of B-lymphocytes at the same time. Small number of CD3/CD79a-positive cells was observed in the thymus gland, CK-pan - significantly expressed in epithelial-reticular cells. The abovementioned changes indicate the development of the congenital T-cells immunodeficiency that led to the ulcerous-necrotic enterocolitis. Conclusion: This clinical case demonstrates the importance of early diagnosis of immune status in the newborns, whose parents have leukemia in anamnesis. Methods: 60 PCa samples (30 samples of PCa with intraluminal inclusions (prostatic calculi and corpora amylacea) and 30 without them) were used for study. 20 samples of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissue were used as control. All samples were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining and by histochemistry (PAS reaction, alcian blue staining at pH 2.5). Results: Positive PAS staining was found both in the tissue of the prostate gland and in the secret. Strongest intensity of the signal was found in glands filled by secret. Corpora amylacea and the secret of the PCa glands were PAS-negative. BPH tissue had a weak alcian blue staining intensity. The secret of PCa glands was very positive for alcian blue staining. We indicate the presence of higher amount of acid mucopolysaccharides in the connective tissue component of PCa. Conclusion: Changes in the carbohydrate composition of the prostate tissue during carcinogenesis were found. It manifests in reduced amount of glycosaminoglycans and increased amount of acid mucopolysaccharides in both the secret of the glands and the tumour tissue.
