Item Virtual Educational Space and Psychological Problems in a Pandemic(Journal of Pharmaceutical Research International, 2021) Vdovichena, O.; Bahunina, O.; Tovstukha, O.M.; Lukіianchuk, A.; Будко, Ганна Юріївна; Будко, Анна Юрьевна; Budko, Hanna YuriivnaWe aimed to analyze the peculiarities of educational simplicity and psychological problems under pandemic conditions, to conduct an empirical study among the participants of the educational space, to identify correlations between psychological properties of personality and the level of procrastination. Study Design:empirical study among the participants of the educational space, identifying correlations between psychological properties of personality and the level of procrastination. Place and Duration of Study:320 students and teachers of higher educational institutions in Lviv took part in the survey. Methodology:In our study we used descriptive and empirical methods with application of elements of statistics -Pearson correlation analysis. In the study we also used the following sociological methods: online survey “Detection of socio-psychological problems, procrastination generated by the COVID-19 pandemicin the activity of educational institutions”, scales of diagnosing emotional states of personality, “Procrastination Scales” by B. V. Takman and methods of FAM (Feeling-Activity-Mood). Place and duration of the study: Dnipro State Medical University, Institute of Kyiv National Trade and Economic University and Medical Institute Sumy State University, of State mortgage «Lugansk National University of Taras Shevchenko» from April to October 2021. We also followed systemic approach, comparative method, weighting and forecasting method, according to which virtual educational environment also opens new perspectives for teachers and students, providing opportunities of access to multidirectional information, which allows to acquire social knowledge, social experience, formulate life prospects and realize personal potential. Results: It was found that teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic had a higher level of positive well-being, activity, a higher level of mood than during the pandemic. It was also determined that teachers and students had an increased level of procrastination during the pandemic. According to the results of correlation analysis in the group of students and teachers’ correlation relationships between the indicators: the level of procrastination, mood, well-being was established. It has been established that the crisis has hurt both the country and the population quite badly. Training for pupils and students and teachers changed from full-time to distance learning. This form of learning vividly showed all the difficulties: the motivation of students; their ability to self-education; communication in the learning process; the organization of the learning process. For teaching staff, the main difficulty became mastering digital technology to organize the educational process. Empirically it was confirmed that the emotional state “before” and “during” the pandemic is significantly different. Conclusion: The stressful situation has had its negative impact on the mental health of participants in the educational process, so an important role in this time of crisis is the activity of the psychological service of the educational institution.Item Primary multiple tumor with affection of the thyroid gland, uterus, urinary bladder, mammary gland and other organs(Elsevier, 2017) Романюк, Анатолій Миколайович; Романюк, Анатолий Николаевич; Romaniuk, Anatolii Mykolaiovych; Линдін, Микола Сергійович; Лындин, Николай Сергеевич; Lyndin, Mykola Serhiiovych; Сміянов, Владислав Анатолійович; Смиянов, Владислав Анатольевич; Smiianov, Vladyslav Anatoliiovych; Сікора, Владислав Володимирович; Сикора, Владислав Владимирович; Sikora, Vladyslav Volodymyrovych; Рєзнік, Андрій Васильович; Резник, Андрей Васильевич; Rieznik, Andrii Vasylovych; Кузенко, Євген Вікторович; Кузенко, Евгений Викторович; Kuzenko, Yevhen Viktorovych; Будко, Ганна Юріївна; Будко, Анна Юрьевна; Budko, Hanna Yuriivna; Москаленко, Юлія Василівна; Москаленко, Юлия Васильевна; Moskalenko, Yuliia Vasylivna; Карпенко, Людмила Іванівна; Карпенко, Людмила Ивановна; Karpenko, Liudmyla Ivanivna; Сікора, Володимир Віталійович; Сикора, Владимир Витальевич; Sikora, Volodymyr Vitaliiovych; Гладченко, Оксана Робертівна; Гладченко, Оксана Робертовна; Hladchenko, Oksana RobertivnaBackground: Nowadays multiple primary tumor is characterized by growth and development of two or more tumors in one patient. The total world sickness rate ranges from 1% to 37%. The presence of four or more tumors in one patient is rare case and presented as casuistry. Case presentation: We showed a case of multiple primary tumor with metahronic lesion of the thyroid, uterus and breast, followed by synchronous benign tumors of the subcutaneous fat, urinary bladder and gallbladder were considered. The development of all malignant tumors in all cases was accompanied by the presence of benign precancerous processes. Analysis of neoplasia histology shows the predominance of poorly differentiated forms of cancers in women with increased aggressiveness of cancerous tissue in each subsequent case and the growth of metastatic ability. The influence of heredity on the tumors progress is confirmed by immunohistochemical characteristics of cancer cells. Steroid-sensitive tissue of the uterus and breast in both cases didn’t express ER and PR, in all cases the tissue had overexpression of Ki-67, p53, bax and bcl-2 receptors. The results of DNA testing for determination the Lynch syndrome revealed the presence of microsatellite instability in genetic material. The results of studies revealed the absence of mutations in these genes (MLH1, MSH2 and MSH6). Despite the negative results of the study, it doesn’t exclude the possibility of Lynch syndrome for 100%, and its presence may be caused by the mutations of other genes (PMS1, PMS2 and MLH3), responsible for DNA repair. Unfortunately there wasn’t any opportunity to study their mutations. Conclusions: While studying the anamnesis of life and disease of women it was revealed that she had multiple primary tumor with lesions of the breast, urinary bladder, thyroid, uterus and other organs. This study shows that neoplastic tissue in all cases had high rates of cell proliferation, their antiapoptotic stability, expression of prognostically unfavorable-receptors, and absence of favorable prognostic markers. Histological study revealed high rates of malignant neoplastic tissue. It indicates to the existence of common mechanisms of malignant tumors and their genetic predisposition that can be clearly observed in many generations of patient.Item Multifocal primary tumour with lesions in prostate gland and urinary bladder: clinical case(Bangladesh Journal of Medical Science, 2017) Романюк, Анатолій Миколайович; Романюк, Анатолий Николаевич; Romaniuk, Anatolii Mykolaiovych; Линдін, Микола Сергійович; Лындин, Николай Сергеевич; Lyndin, Mykola Serhiiovych; Сікора, Владислав Володимирович; Сикора, Владислав Владимирович; Sikora, Vladyslav Volodymyrovych; Піддубний, Артем Михайлович; Поддубный, Артем Михайлович; Piddubnyi, Artem Mykhailovych; Будко, Ганна Юріївна; Будко, Анна Юрьевна; Budko, Hanna Yuriivna; Волкогон, Андрій Дмитрович; Волкогон, Андрей Дмитриевич; Volkohon, Andrii DmytrovychIn some cases a combination of several malignant tumours in one person can be observed. In such case it is the multifocal primary tumour (MPT). The tumours combination in genitourinary system is rare phenomenon, including a rare combination of prostate and urinary bladder cancers. These pathologies can be caused by both the endogenous factors - age, gender, heredity, inflammatory and proliferative processes, abnormal inclusions (calculi and amyloids) and exogenous factors, among which the leading cause is the environmental pollution (heavy metals salts and others), bad habits, occupational hazards, oncogenic viruses and ionizing radiation. A 76 - year-old male patient, Ukrainian, was hospitalized at urology department with complaints on pollakiuria, frequent urinary retention, haematuria appeared about 1 month before. After examination of patient the preliminary diagnosis was made: «Urinary bladder cancer, acute urinary retention, macrohematuria and posthemorrhagic anemia». Based on the histological and immunohistochemical examinations, the final diagnosis was determined: combined malignant tumours - acinar adenocarcinoma of prostate index 9 (5 + 4) accordimg to D.F. Gleason and invasive urothelial carcinoma of the urinary bladder. This clinical case demonstrates that the probability of combined oncologic cancer pathology with lesions in one system is rather high. Therefore, in order to exclude the cancer combinations, the patients with malignant tumour in the genitourinary system should undergo a complex examination.Item Subacute influence of heavy metal salts and correction of their effects by vitamin E in the urinary bladder(Sumy State University, 2016) Сікора, Владислав Володимирович; Сикора, Владислав Владимирович; Sikora, Vladyslav Volodymyrovych; Романюк, Анатолій Миколайович; Романюк, Анатолий Николаевич; Romaniuk, Anatolii Mykolaiovych; Sikora, D.V.; Будко, Ганна Юріївна; Будко, Анна Юрьевна; Budko, Hanna Yuriivna; Masalitin, І.М.Introduction: One of the dangerous factors for our planet ecosystem is the technogenic environment pollution which have a negatively affect for living organisms. Among the large-scale environment pollution factors of air, water and soil the specific role given to heavy metal salts (HMS). Increasing of the salts content of iron, manganese, chromium, copper, cobalt, nickel, plumbum and zinc around us is a very dangerous, due to their toxicity and spreading. Microelements play the role of metabolic processes catalysts, but their toxicity, excess the maximum allowable limits and excessive influence into the body leads to their cumulation.
