Цифрові валюти: виклики та можливості для фінансової системи

Abstract

Розглянуто ключові виклики та можливості, пов’язані з впровадженням цифрових валют у фінансову систему в умовах цифрової трансформації. Особливу увагу приділено ролі криптовалют як інноваційного інструменту, їх впливу на традиційні моделі власності, цінності та обігу платіжних засобів. Автори аналізують еволюцію грошей — від матеріальних форм до цифрових активів, що функціонують на основі блокчейн-технологій. Підкреслюється значення юридичних і соціальних аспектів власності у контексті криптовалют, а також унікальність і взаємозамінність цифрових активів як чинників, що впливають на їх цінність. Висвітлюються перспективи токенізації активів, впровадження смартконтрактів, зростаюча роль банків у прийнятті цифрових валют і трансформації фінансових послуг. У роботі підкреслюється необхідність подальших досліджень у сфері взаємодії криптовалют із традиційними фінансовими установами, регуляторними структурами та глобальною економікою.

The paper explores the key challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of digital currencies into the financial system amid ongoing digital transformation. Special focus is placed on cryptocurrencies as innovative instruments and their impact on traditional models of ownership, value, and the circulation of payment means. The authors analyze the evolution of money—from physical assets to digital tokens operating on blockchain technologies. The study highlights the legal and social dimensions of ownership in the context of cryptocurrencies, as well as the role of uniqueness and fungibility in determining the value of digital assets. It examines the prospects of asset tokenization, implementation of smart contracts, and the increasing role of banks in adopting digital currencies and transforming financial services. The paper emphasizes the need for further research into the interaction of cryptocurrencies with traditional financial institutions, regulatory frameworks, and the global economy.
