Abstract In an age marked by nuclear resurgence, rising authoritarianism, and mass displacement, siloed approaches to global security are no longer sustainable. A human-centered paradigm—where nuclear policy is assessed through the lens of human rights and migration—offers a more just and sustainable alternative. The international community must rise to this challenge, recognizing that real security lies not in weapons of mass destruction, but in the dignity and resilience of people.
