Abstract The natural oscillations of the elastic rectangular nonhomogeneous region, which consist of the four isotropic rectangles with different elastic properties, are considered. The analysis of the wave fields peculiarity at the border of the media’s partition is done. The value of the local concentration ratio for the different pair combinations of the dock media’s materials is investigated.
