Abstract	Distance learning in Sumy State University is supplied with own management system, which delivers functions of Learning Management System, Virtual Learning Environment, Course Management System. Our System was developed for distributing distance courses over the Internet and offering features for online collaboration. It is web-based to facilitate access to learning content and administration from any place in the world.
