Abstract	The brief review of literary and own results about magnetoresistance and electrophysical properties of periodical multilayered film systems (multilayers) and the general type systems on the basis of Fe and Cr is presented. The question on influence of ionic radiation on effect giant magnetic resistance (GMR) and about prospects of technical application of the specified film materials is analysed.
