Abstract Исследовано влияние стохастических источников Леви на процесс самоорганизации, связанный с образованием предельного цикла. Показано, что шумы Леви подавляют стохастические осцилляции в неравновесном стационарном режиме. // Eng: We consider effect of stochastic sources self-organization process being initiated with creation of the limit cycle. It is shown that stochastic system driven by stable Levy noise can not display oscillations in non-equilibrium steady state.
