Abstract	У статті розглядаються питання стосовно правового регулювання вітчизняної інфраструктури фінансового ринку, визначення ролі та місця державних і недержавних органів регулювання та контролю в розвитку інфраструктури фінансового ринку. The article considers the issues with regard to law regulation of the national infrastructure of the financial market. The role and place of the state and non-state authorities are identified with a focus at the regulation and control by them in developing the infrastructure of the financial market.
