Abstract	Авторами розглянуто особливості побудови та реалізації фінансового механізму бюджетних установ. В статті обґрунтовані можливі шляхи удосконалення фінансового забезпечення як підсистеми фінансового механізму на основі запровадження моделі часткової фінансової автономії. Authors consider features of construction and realisation of the financial mechanism of the budgetary organisations. In the article ways of improvement of financial maintenance as subsystem of the financial mechanism on the basis of introduction of model of a partial financial autonomy are proved.
