Abstract	Розглянуто такі особливості перекладу юридичних текстів як відсутність лексичних еквівалентів, особливий стиль викладу, розбіжності у правових системах різних держав. Such peculiarities of translating legal texts as absence of lexical equivalents, special style, difference in legal frameworks of different countries are considered.
