Abstract	У статті досліджується поняття, ознаки та сутність аудиту як комплексної категорії економіко- правового характеру. Практичним проявом аудиту є проведення аудиторської діяльності, якої притаманні самостійні чинники, у тому числі й суб'єктно-об'єктний склад, з урахуванням новітніх змін діючого законодавства та міжнародних стандартів. The article deals with the concept, features and essence of audit as a complex category of economic and legal nature. The practical manifestation of the audit is the carrying out of the audit activity, which is inherent in independent factors, including the subject-object structure, taking into account the latest changes in the current legislation and international standards.
