Abstract	Стаття присвячена розгляду питань у сфері фінансових правовідносин, що виникають в процесі діяльності Пенсійного фонду України. Розглядаючи позиції науковців, в статті наведено сучасне розуміння поняття «адміністративно-правовий статус» як юридичної категорії. The article is devoted to the consideration of issues in the field of financial legal relations that arise in the process of activity of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Considering the positions of scientists, the article is given modern understanding of the concept of "administrative and legal status" as a legal category.
