Abstract: The study was on remuneration and productivity of academic staff of selected tertiary institutions in Bauchi state, Nigeria. It investigates the effect of remuneration such as pay system, benefits and incentives on the productivity of academic staff of selected tertiary institutions. The study was to determine the effect of remuneration on the productivity of academic staff of selected tertiary institutions in Bauchi state Nigeria.
