Abstract	У роботі досліджено процес тінізації економіки, її структуру та причини виникнення. Визначено основні методи вимірювання обсягу тіньової економіки, проведено аналіз тінізації банківського сектору економіки та аналіз масштабів впливу тінізації на економіку країни. Досліджено перспективні шляхи зниження рівня тіньової економіки в України та наслідки тінізації банківського сектору економіки The process of shadowing of the economy, its structure, and causes are investigated in the paper. The main methods of measuring the volume of the shadow economy are determined, the analysis of the shadowing of the banking sector of the economy, and the analysis of the scale of the impact of the shadowing on the country's economy are carried out. Prospective ways to reduce the level of the shadow economy in Ukraine and the consequences of the shadowing of the banking sector of the economy are studied.
