Abstract

Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню ролі транснаціональних корпорацій контексті сучасних економічних відносин. Проведено аналіз стану та тенденції розвитку ТНК в сучасних умовах розвитку світової торгівлі. Визначено вплив ПІІ ТНК на економіки країни, на прикладі Нідерландів. Описано проблему оподаткування та фіксації фінансової діяльності ТНК в умовах міжнародної економічної діяльності.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the role of transnational corporations in the context of modern economic relations. The analysis of a condition and tendencies of development of MNCs in modern conditions of development of world trade is carried out. The impact of MNC FDI on the country's economy is determined, on the example of the Netherlands. The problem of taxation and fixing of financial activity of MNCs in the conditions of international economic activity is described.
