Abstract	Проаналізовано один з найважливіших внутрішніх чинників, які впливають на інвестиційну привабливість підприємства, - це його фінансовий стан. Для оцінки фінансового стану організації використано фінансовий аналіз, який включає в себе ряд інструментів і методів оцінки фінансового стану. Проанализирован один из важнейших факторов, влияющих на инвестиционную привлекательность предприятия - это его финансовое состояние. Для оценки финансового состояния организации использовано финансовый анализ, который включает в себя ряд инструментов и методов оценки финансового состояния. One of the most important internal factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise is analyzed - its financial condition. To assess the financial condition of the organization used financial analysis, which includes a number of tools and methods for assessing the financial condition.
