Abstract

In this paper, we discuss Information and Communication technology in terms of knowledge dissemination, not only inside the organization but also how it interacts with the surroundings via such systems. The open systems theory and the stakeholder theory as integral parts of the organization’s operations are briefly examined as their importance is a factor that needs to be taken under consideration in terms of applying Information and Communication Technology.
