Так, українській економіці важливе місце займає малий і середній бізнес, більшість якого, на жаль, має проблеми, пов’язані із залученням джерел фінансування. Самофінансування не є доступним для усіх суб’єктів малого і середнього підприємництва, оскільки вони мають недостатній оборотний капітал або замало знань для управління та комерційної діяльності. Саме тому, франчайзинг (комерційна концесія) є однією з найвигідніших моделей ведення бізнесу для підприємців та інвесторів у багатьох сферах економіки та країна світу, що пояснюють насамперед посиленням конкуренції на ринках та обмеженістю фінансових можливостей.Modern globalization and integration have contributed to the emergence of franchising relations, which are becoming more popular and profitable every year. Yes, small and medium-sized businesses play an important role in the Ukrainian economy, most of which, unfortunately, have problems with attracting sources of funding. Self-financing is not available to all small and medium-sized enterprises because they have insufficient working capital or insufficient knowledge for management and business. That is why franchising (commercial concession) is one of the most profitable business models for entrepreneurs and investors in many areas of the economy and the world, which is explained primarily by increased competition in markets and limited financial opportunities.
