Abstract	У статті автор розглядає основні тенденції розвитку освіти в Україні в контексті Європейського інтелектуального простору. Проаналізована роль освіти у формуванні особистості ХХІ століття, а також умови становлення та самореалізації людини у сучасному суспільстві. In the article the author considers the main tendencies of development of education in Ukraine in the context of the European intellectual space. The role of education in the formation of the personality of the XXI century, as well as the conditions of formation and self-realization of man in modern society are analyzed.
