Abstract	The article is devoted to the consideration of the remuneration system, the salaries of which are calculated on the basis of a single tariff grid. The paper describes the peculiarities of remuneration of medical workers in Ukraine, as well as the problems of state support related to their activities. Стаття присвячена розгляду системи оплати праці, посадові оклади якої розраховуються на основі єдиної тарифної сітки. У роботі охарактеризовано особливості оплати праці медичних працівників в Україні, а також проблеми державного забезпечення, пов'язаних з їх діяльністю.
