Abstract	У статті досліджується процес виникнення та джерела Магдебурзького права, особливості його поширення на територію України, аналізується історіографія проблеми, розглядаються правовідносини, що врегульовувалися нормами Магдебурзького права у сфері суспільно-правових відносин, управління, судовій сфері, сфері корпоративного права, торгівлі тощо. In the article author researches the process of origin and source of Magdeburg law as well as the special features of its dissemination over the territory of Ukraine; analyses the historiography of the issue; considers the legal relationships regulated by the norms of Magdeburg law in the spheres of public relations, governance, legal proceedings, company law and commerce etc.
