Abstract	У статті розглядаються проблеми критеріїв розвитку за умов глобалізації, традиційна та інноваційна моделі розвитку, "суспільство знань", особливості сучасних перехідних процесів, роль інноваційної освіти в забезпеченні трансформаційних процесів і спроможності держави здійснювати соціальні транзити, показуються результати спільних досліджень та практик авторів. Article deals with the problems of criteria of development in terms of the process of globalization. Traditional and innovative model of development, "Knowledge Society", special features of modern transients, the role of innovative education in maintenance of transformative processes and ability of the government to carry out social transits is shown. The results of collaborative research of authors are put into life.
