Abstract	The course "Management of International Trade" highlights a consistent chain of problems that should be solved by economic entities entering foreign markets. The issues of search and analysis of potential markets abroad, foreign partners and negotiations with them are considered. The process of preparation, conducting and execution of an international trade operation, international sales contract and agreement concluding, as well as features of transportation and settlements in international trade, opportunities for lending and financing of international trade operations are studied.
