Abstract	Визначено необхідність та проведено аналіз можливостей переформатування діяльності бізнес-структур під умови воєнного стану. Окрему увагу приділено змінам у державному управлінні діяльністю бізнес-структур. Обґрунтовано необхідність підтримки психологічного клімату організацій що є основою подальшої роботи та розвитку в умовах воєнного часу. The necessity of reformatting the activities of business structures was analyzed and an analysis was carried out under the conditions of martial law. Particular attention is paid to changes in the state management of the activities of business structures. The need to support the psychological climate of organizations, which is the basis of further work, is substantiated development in wartime conditions.
