Обмін військовополоненими: теорія та практика

Abstract

З початком повномасштабного вторгнення Російської Федерації на територію України відбулись законодавчі зміни, які врегульовують питання введення військових дій, безпосередньо й утримання та обмін військовополонених. Через великий потік військовополонених, було внесено зміни до Закону України «Про внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів України щодо впорядкування питань, пов’язаних із військовополоненими в особливий період». Закон передбачає зміни щодо тримання військовополоненого, здійснення заходів щодо нього та внесення інформації військовополоненого до централізованого обліку військовополонених.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, legislative changes took place that regulate the introduction of military operations, directly and the detention and exchange of prisoners of war. Due to the large flow of prisoners of war, amendments were made to the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Regulation of Issues Related to Prisoners of War in a Special Period". The law provides for changes regarding the detention of a prisoner of war, the implementation of measures regarding him and the entry of prisoner of war information into the centralized record of prisoners of war.
