Публічно-правове регулювання взаємодії суб’єктів реалізації державної політики у сфері соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю з іншими державними інституціями

Abstract

Згідно ст. 23 Конституції України кожна людина має право на вільний розвиток своєї особистості, якщо при цьому не порушуються права і свободи інших людей, та має обов'язки перед суспільством, в якому забезпечується вільний і всебічний розвиток її особистості. Відтак, цілком логічним є залучення до реалізації державної політики у сфері соціальної захищеності осіб з інвалідністю й інших державних інституцій та органів місцевого самоврядування.

According to Art. 23 of the Constitution of Ukraine, every person has the right to the free development of his personality, if at the same time the rights and freedoms of other people are not violated, and he has obligations to the society in which the free and comprehensive development of his personality is ensured. Therefore, it is quite logical to involve other state institutions and local self-government bodies in the implementation of state policy in the field of social protection of persons with disabilities.
