Проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення колеса робочого Н18.36.30.03

Abstract

Записка: 69 с., 16 рис., 12 табл., 17 літературних джерел. Об'єкт роботи – деталь «Колесо робоче», яка входить до складу насоса КсВ 125-140-1. Мета роботи – розроблення перспективного технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Колесо робоче». Насоси конденсатні типу КсВ і насосні агрегати на їх основі типу АКсВ призначені для перекачування конденсата в пароводяних мережах теплових і енергетичних блоків теплоелектростанцій, а також чистої води з температурою до 140 °С в системах тепло- та водопостачання. В роботі виконано аналіз службового призначення насоса, вузла та деталі «Колесо робоче». Також проаналізовано технічні вимоги, що пред'являються до деталі та виконано аналіз технологічності її конструкції. За допомогою техніко-економічного обґрунтування був обраний раціональний метод отримання заготовки для даних умов виробництва. На прикладі двох механічних операцій: токарної з ЧПК та горизонтально протяжної було проаналізовано існуючий технологічний процес виготовлення деталі. Також виконано обґрунтування вибору схеми базування і закріплення заготовки, вибір металорізального обладнання, верстатного пристрою, ріжучого та вимірювального інструмента. Визначено режими обробки. Виконано технічне нормування досліджуваних операцій. У графічній частині роботи виконані креслення заготовки, верстатного пристрою і маршрутного технологічного процесу механічної обробки заготовки, операційної наладки на горизонтально протяжну операцію. Представлено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП.

The purpose of the work is to develop a promising technological process for the production of the "Working wheel" part. Condensate pumps of the KsV type and pumping units based on them of the AKsV type are designed for pumping condensate in steam-water networks of thermal and power units of thermal power plants, as well as clean water with a temperature of up to 140 °C in heat and water supply systems. In the work, an analysis of the service purpose of the pump, assembly and part "Working wheel" was performed. The technical requirements for the part were also analyzed and the manufacturability analysis of its design was performed. With the help of technical and economic substantiation, a rational method of obtaining the workpiece was chosen for the given production conditions. On the example of two mechanical operations: turning with CNC and horizontal stretching, the existing technological process of manufacturing the part was analyzed. The justification of the choice of the scheme of basing and fixing the workpiece, the choice of metal-cutting equipment, machine tool, cutting and measuring tool has also been made. Processing modes are defined. Technical standardization of the investigated operations was carried out. In the graphic part of the work, the drawings of the workpiece, the machine tool and the route technological process of the mechanical processing of the workpiece, the operational setup for the horizontally extending operation were made. A set of technological documentation on KTP maps is presented.
