Проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення корпусу підшипника 1.1640-2.326.02

Abstract

Об'єкт роботи – деталь Корпус підшипника 1.1640-2.326.02, який входить до складу муфти МЦК-1-4 1.1640-2.326.00СБ. Цей вузол входить до складу центрифуги 1/2ФГП-631К-01. Мета роботи – проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Корпус підшипника 1.1640-2.326.02». В дипломній роботі проведено аналіз службового призначення виробу, вузла, деталі. Проаналізовано технічні вимоги на виготовлення деталі. Було визначено тип виробництва – дрібносерійний та умови організації праці. Вибрано спосіб одержання заготовки – литтям під тиском. На прикладі двох механічних операцій: операції 070 токарної із ЧПК, та операції 090 вертикально – свердлильна із ЧПК було проаналізовано існуючий технологічний процес виготовлення деталі, а саме: обґрунтовано вибір схеми базування і закріплення заготовки, вибір ріжучого та вимірювального інструмента, верстатного пристрою, металорізального обладнання. Виконано розрахунок режимів різання для даних операцій та їх технічне нормування. У графічній частині роботи виконано креслення заготовки, маршрутного технологічного процесу механічної обробки заготовки, верстатного пристрою і операційної наладки на операцію 090 вертикально – свердлильної із ЧПК. Представлено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП. Розглянуто причини забруднення і характер впливу повітря робочої зони на працівників.

Object of work - detail Bearing housing 1.1640-2.326.02, which is included in the clutch MCC-1-4 1.1640-2.326.00SB. This unit is part of the centrifuge 1/2 FGP-631K-01. The purpose of the work is to design the manufacturing process of the "Bearing housing 1.1640-2.326.02" part. In the diploma work, an analysis of the service purpose of the product, unit, and part was carried out. The technical requirements for the production of the part have been analyzed. The type of production - small batch production and conditions of labor organization were determined. The method of obtaining the workpiece is chosen - by casting under pressure. On the example of two mechanical operations: operation 070 turning with CNC, and operation 090 vertical - drilling with CNC, the existing technological process of manufacturing the part was analyzed, namely: the choice of the scheme of basing and fixing the workpiece, the choice of cutting and measuring tool, machine tool, metal-cutting equipment was substantiated . Calculation of cutting modes for these operations and their technical standardization was performed. In the graphic part of the work, a drawing of the workpiece, route technological process of mechanical processing of the workpiece, machine tool and operational setup for operation 090 vertical - drilling with CNC was made. A set of technological documentation on KTP maps is presented. The causes of pollution and the nature of the impact of air in the working area on workers are considered.
