Проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення плунжера 352.17.01.02

Abstract

Об'єкт роботи - технологічна операція виготовлення деталі "Плунжер" 352.17.01.02, що є складовою виробу вакуумного агрегату АВЗ 180. Мета роботи – аналіз технологічних операцій, технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі плунжер 352.17.01.02 У дипломному проєкті виконано аналіз службового призначення деталі. Здійснено перевірку обґрунтованості та повноти заданих технічних вимог, визначено тип виробництва та форми його організації, вибір методу отримання заготовки, розрахунок припусків на механічну обробку, визначення режиму різання на один перехід та повне технічне нормування операції.

The object of the work is the technological operation of manufacturing the part "Plunger" 352.17.01.02, which is a component of the AVZ 180 vacuum unit product. The purpose of the work is the analysis of technological operations, the technological process of mechanical processing of the plunger part 352.17.01.02 In the diploma project, an analysis of the service purpose of the detail was performed. The validity and completeness of the specified technical requirements were checked, the type of production and the form of its organization were determined, the method of obtaining the workpiece was selected, the allowances for machining were calculated, the cutting mode was defined for one pass and the full technical standardization of the operation was determined.
