Провадження щодо воєнних злочинів в МКС: виклики та перспективи

Abstract

Мета роботи - проаналізувати виклики, з якими стикається Міжнародний кримінальний суд (МКС) під час провадження щодо воєнних злочинів та визначити перспективи його діяльності в цьому напрямі. Об'єктом дослідження є діяльність МКС щодо розслідування воєнних злочинів, а предметом - виклики та перспективи цього процесу. Основними результатами роботи стало глибоке розуміння теоретичних засад та практичних аспектів роботи МКС у цій сфері, виявлення ключових проблем та розробка рекомендацій щодо покращення ефективності розслідування воєнних злочинів.

The purpose of the work is to analyze the challenges faced by the International Criminal Court (ICC) during war crimes proceedings and to determine the prospects of its activities in this direction. The object of the study is the activity of the International Criminal Court in the investigation of war crimes, and the subject is the challenges and prospects of this process. The main results of the work were a deep understanding of the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the ICC's work in this area, the identification of key problems and the development of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the investigation of war crimes.
