The article is devoted to the study of the influence of bureaucracy on job performance. The main purpose of the research is to assess the place of bureaucracy in the company’s management system and to identify factors that reduce the quality of work. Systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem of inefficient work of state authorities showed a low level of research on these issues, a high level of bureaucracy in the country, and significant shortcomings in the personnel management policy.ru_RU
