Abstract

Минуло 20 років з часу створення кафедри інфекційних хвороб з епідеміологією Сумського державного університету. Викладання інфекційних хвороб і епідеміології розпочалось 2 вересня 1996 року, наказ № 160-1 про створення підписаний 24 жовтня 1996 року До складу кафедри входили курси: дитячих інфекційних хвороб (1996-1998 рр.; у 1998 р. приєднаний до кафедри педіатрії № 1); мікробіології, вірусології та імунології (2004-2012 рр.; у 2012 р. ввійшов до складу новоствореної кафедри гігієни, екології та мікробіології, вБазою кафедри стала Сумська інфекційна клінічна лікарня (СОІКЛ) імені З. Й. Красовицького.It's been 20 years since the establishment of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology Sumy State University. There was the chair she lives, works, has its achievements and traditions. Training is carried out, both in undergraduate stage and in graduate school, residency, at the pre-cycles of advanced courses, training. Courses of advanced carried out the most pressing problems of modern medicine: nosocomial infections, outpatient care to infectious patients, viral hepatitis, HIV infection. Since 2007, the department has advanced training 227 doctors. In addition to academic work one of the main component of the teaching staff of the department are research, main directions of which are acute intestinal infection, HIV infection, viral hepatitis, natural foci of infection. Over the years the department defended a doctoral dissertation (Chemych M. D.), 4 candidate (Snitsar A. A., Ilyina V. V., Polov`yan K. S., Piddubna A. I.). The plans for the future strengthening of material base, staffing by graduating graduate school, to use of new technologies in education, to publish textbooks and to increase the activity of scientific activity by finding and attracting grants and contractual topics in-depth study common in the region of Infectious Diseases order to improve their diagnosis and treatment.
