Abstract
Гострий панкреатит – одне з найбільш поширених хірургічних захворювань, частота яких має тенденцію до збільшення. Ускладнений панкреатит веде до летальних наслідків у 36,6–85,7% випадків. Лікування захворювання ускладнюється відсутністю однозначного погляду на застосування антибіотиків. Автори пропонують лімфотропний спосіб введення антибіотиків, вважаючи його адресним, тоді як стандартні методи не є цільовими
Acute pancreatitis is one of the most common surgical diseases with a tendency to growth. Complicated pancreatitis leads to lethal consequences in 36,6–85,7% of cases. Treatment of the disease is complicated by the lack of a clear view on the use of antibiotics. The authors propose a lymphotropic targeted route of antibiotic administration, whereas standard methods are not targeted.
