Вплив війни на психічне здоров’я населення військовослужбовців

Abstract

У тезах зазначені результати соціальних опитувань у Сумській області різних верств населення. Встановлено, що населення України замикаються в собі, накопичують переживання та різні страхи пов’язані з їх життєдіяльністю. В подальшому це призводить до загострення хронічних захворювань, збільшення кількості людей зі шкідливими звичками та думками про суїцид. Тому у тезах зазначено як зберегти свій внутрішній ресурс та не зазнати психічних розладів.The theses indicate the results of social surveys in the Sumy region of various strata of the population. It has been established that the population of Ukraine closes in on themselves, accumulates experiences and various fears related to their life activities. In the future, this leads to an exacerbation of chronic diseases, an increase in the number of people with bad habits and suicidal thoughts. Therefore, the theses indicate how to preserve one's internal resource and not suffer from mental disorders.
