Abstract

Зазначимо, що світова практика в сфері здійснення фінансового контролю є надзвичайно об’ємною та багатогранною, їй притаманні різні підходи до організації і реалізації контрольних заходів, більшість з яких перевірили свою дієвість часом. Н. Лазарєва та Г. В. Дмитренко вказують, що обрання конкретної моделі базується на відповідних чинниках: стан демократичного розвитку суспільства та рівень побудови громадянського суспільства, специфіка розподілу повноважень між гілками влади, унормована форма державного управління, історично прийнята в державі форма правління, історичний шлях розвитку державності та розвиток інституту фінансового контролю
