Abstract	У даній статті проаналізовано структуру органів прокуратури та покладені на них функції. Науковий матеріал повністю розкриває причини реформи органів прокуратури, та чому саме реформа відбувається в кадровій сфері. Наведена статистика яка показує відсоток людей в нашій країні які не довіряють органам прокуратури, через її нібито корпоративну закритість від політиків та громадськості. This article analyzes the structure of the prosecutor's office and the functions assigned to them. The scientific material fully reveals the reasons for the reform of the prosecutor's office, and why the reform is taking place in the personnel sphere. The statistics show the percentage of people in our country who do not trust the prosecutor's office due to its alleged corporate secrecy from politicians and the public.
