Адміністративно-правові засади фінансової системи України

Abstract

Поняття «фінансова система» відсутнє як у наукових джерелах, так і в чинному законодавстві. Проблематика фінансової системи вже була об’єктом дослідження окремих науковців Проте, аналіз їхніх праць свідчить, що адміністративно-правовий аспект фінансової системи розкривається ними лише почасти. Саме тому метою зазначеної статті є аналіз самого поняття фінансової системи та її складових, а також дослідження впливу на неї відповідних адміністративно-правових засад.

The concept of "financial system" is absent both in scientific sources and in current legislation. The issue of the financial system has already been the subject of research by some scholars. However, the analysis of their work shows that the administrative and legal aspect of the financial system is revealed only in part. That is why the purpose of this article is to analyze the very concept of the financial system and its components, as well as to study the impact on it of the relevant administrative and legal principles.
