ЄСІТС як цифрове майбутнє судової системи

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретико-правові питання щодо впровадження єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи у процес здійснення правосуддя. Актуальність статті зумовлена потребою об’єктивного розуміння можливостей та переваг електронного судочинства широким колом учасників судової справи. Водночас метою статті є загальна характеристика потенційних можливостей електронних судових сервісів, в тому числі активного застосування систем ВКЗ судами України.

At the statti there is a theoretical and legal approach to the implementation of a single ship information and telecomunication system in the process of justice. The relevance of the statistic is summed up by the need for an active intelligence of the possibilities and the transfer of electronic court ruling by a wide number of participants in the ship's law. In the course of time, I am looking at the statistics the general characteristic of the potential capabilities of electronic ship services, including the active storage of VKZ systems by the ships of Ukraine.
