Abstract	Розглянуто роль техніки в сучасному суспільстві з позитивної і негативної точки зору. Досліджено зміни, які створює техніка в природі та в житті людини. Визначено протиріччя між технічною суттю буття людини і духовністю, між потребами, які породжені технікою і невмінням сучасної людини знайти гармонійне їх вирішення. The article examines the role of technology in modern society with positive and negative points of view. The changes, which create machinery in nature and in human life are investigated. Identified contradictions between technical essence of human existence and spirituality, between the needs that are generated by technology and the inability of modern man to find their harmonious solution.
