Конструкти образів "Я" та "Інший" у студентів із різними індивідуально-психологічними особливостями

Abstract

Бакалаврська робота присвячена вивченню особливостей сприйняття образів "Я" та "Інший" у студентів закладів вищої освіти із різними індивідуально-психологічними особливостями. Були проаналізовані особливості самосприйняття та сприйняття іншої людини, а також вплив різних індивідуальних особливостей, таких як тривожність, аутосимпатія, самоповага. Визначені поняття самооцінки, самовідношення та тривожності, описані структурні компоненти сприйняття образу "Я" та "Інший". Підібрано методики для дослідження самовідношення, тривожності та сприйняття образу "Я" та "Інший". Обгрунтовано та здійснено дослідження. Визначено найбільш ефективні психологічні техніки для розвитку позитивного самовідношення у студентів закладів вищої освіти. Пояснено використання когнітивно-повендінкового напрямку для розвитку позитивного самовідношення. Розроблено програму розвитку позитивного самовідношенняу студентів методами когнітивно-поведінкового напрямку психології. Проведено часткову апробацію програми розвитку, описано особливості її реалізації у онлайн-режимі, проаналізовано етапита результи її впровадження.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the perception of the images "I" and "Ishshiy" in students of higher education institutions with different individual psychological characteristics. Peculiarities of self-perception and perception of another person were analyzed, as well as the influence of various individual characteristics, such as anxiety, autosympathy, self-esteem. The concepts of self-esteem, self-attitude and anxiety are defined, the structural components of the perception of the image "I" and "Other" are described. The research is substantiated and carried out. The most effective psychological techniques for the development of positive self-attitude in students of higher education institutions are identified. The use of cognitive-behavioral direction for the development of positive self-attitude is explained. The program of development of positive self-attitude in students by methods of cognitive-behavioral direction of psychology is developed. A partial approbation of the development program is carried out, the peculiarities of its implementation in the online mode are described, the stages of the results of its implementation are analyzed.
