Abstract	This paper aimed to clarify the role that the training employees’ plays on the development of their career path in the company, training becomes a tool that company must use it to improve their performance and so achieve their goals, it becomes an investment in Human Resources! This study focused on two sides, the steps of training in the Oran Port Enterprises especially determination of training needs which is the most important step to develop the competency of employees, and the career path improvement in this company.
